    🏋️‍♂️ 300kg squat but knee pain stoppin 🏋️‍♂️ 300kg squat but knee pain stopping him from hitting sumo deadlifts? Our Kinetic powerlifter @ewanbelgrove couldn’t train properly for his upcoming National SBD Cup due to knee pain. 

After some assessments, we established that he wasn't able to get into the deep position properly due to groin/hip internal rotator mobility, hence pain but also unable to generate much force.

We provided targetted treatment and tailored exercises as shown in video:
1. Copenhagen exercises: designed for groin strength
2. Landmine lateral lunges: for loading up the groin in a position that matters to his sport
